If I Won The Lottery

If I won the lottery my life would completely change. The first thing I would do if I had that money is payoff my mother's car note, and all her outstanding bills. Once my mother was taken care of I would put some money in the bank reserved for my pending college expenses. Then I would go to CarMax and drive a brand-spanking new, paid for in cash, car off the lot. Well my mother would drive because I have not learned to drive yet.
But when I do, it will be my car. Then I would go on a major shopping spree and buy tons of clothes. After that, I would buy a completely new house for my mother and me.  My mother has said she want a different house; so, this should satisfy her. After my mother and I were completely content I would give half of whatever is left to charity. The rest of the money would go in a bank account for later use.

Recent Shooting

I have recently read an article on an Ohio Shooting. This was an unfortunate event. Two kids were murdered and one victim is still in the hospital. The gunman T.J. Lane has allegedly severed from domestic abuse. I think this is a very sad situation for everyone involved. The only good thing to come from this is that eight lives will be saved thanks to one of the victim, Demetrius Hewlin, being an organ donor. If it is your time to die you are going to die.
However, it is still unfortunate that they had to go that way. It is unfortunate for both sides- the victims and the gunman. When the people are being bullied and severing from things at home they are likely to snap. I wish someone could have intervened and saved his sanity as well as the victims’ lifes. This calls in question the safety of schools. Can you really protect all of the children at school? If not. This is a problem that definitely needs to be dealt with.
